LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER

   
   
   1. 

      Using a clip remover, remove the 14 clips and luggage compartment door cover.

2. Click here

   REMOVE BACK DOOR ASSIST GRIP

   
   
   1. 

      Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and open the cover.

   2. 

      Remove the 2 screws and back door assist grip.

3. Click here

   REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER LH

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 3 clips and luggage compartment door hinge cover LH.

4. Click here

   REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER RH

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 3 clips and luggage compartment door hinge cover RH.

5. Click here

   REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT KEY CYLINDER PROTECTOR

   Click here

6. Click here

   REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

   Click here

7. Click here

   REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   2. Disengage the clamp.

   3. 

      Remove the 2 nuts and luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

   4. 

      Disengage the 3 guides to remove the C-ring.

   5. 

      Remove the door unlock switch sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

8. Click here

   REMOVE SLIDING ROOF DRAIN HOSE

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   
   
   1. 

      Disengage the claw and disconnect the rear sliding roof drain hose.

   2. Expand the clip and remove the rear sliding roof drain hose.

9. Click here

   REMOVE REAR SPOILER CAP (for LH Side)

   Click here

    REMOVE REAR SPOILER CAP (for RH Side)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    REMOVE ACTIVE REAR WING ASSEMBLY

    Click here

    REMOVE NO. 3 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH

    Click here

    REMOVE LUGGAGE ELECTRICAL KEY SWITCH WITH REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY

    Click here

    REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

    Click here

15. Click here

    REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

    REMOVE SLIDING ROOF DRAIN GROMMET

    
    
    1. 

       Disengage the 4 claws to remove the sliding roof drain grommet.

       Tip:

       Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR REINFORCEMENT (for LH Side)

    
    
    1. 

       Remove the bolt and luggage compartment door reinforcement.

    REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR REINFORCEMENT (for RH Side)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR SIDE CUSHION LH

       Disengage the 3 claws to remove the luggage compartment door side cushion LH.

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
