    RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (for HFC-134a(R134a))

    RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (for HFO-1234yf(R1234yf))

    REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  4. Click here

    REMOVE PIPING CLAMP (for Front Side)

      *1 Liquid Pipe Sub-assembly
      *2 Cooler Refrigerant Liquid Pipe B

      Install SST to the piping clamp as shown in the illustration.

      *a Push in

      Hold the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B and liquid pipe sub-assembly with each hand and push in SST with both thumbs.

      Note:

      Do not apply excessive force to the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B or liquid pipe sub-assembly as they may bend.

      *1 Cooler Refrigerant Liquid Pipe B
      *a Stopper
      *b Pull off

      Raise the stopper of SST and remove SST and the piping clamp together from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B.

    4. Remove the piping clamp from SST.

    5. Remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B from the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

    6. Remove the 2 O-rings from the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

      Note:

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

    REMOVE ENGINE ROOM ECU OUTLET DUCT (for Rear Side)

    DISCONNECT ENGINE ROOM ECU BOX (for Rear Side)

      *1 Engine Room ECU Inlet Duct
      B0067U9 Bolt
      B00679M Nut

      Disengage the claw and disconnect the wire harness.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and nut.

    3. Disconnect the engine room ECU box from the engine room ECU inlet duct.

    REMOVE PIPING CLAMP (for Rear Side)


    1. B0067UNC01
      *1 Cooler Refrigerant Liquid Pipe A
      *2 Cooler Refrigerant Liquid Pipe B

      Install SST to the piping clamp as shown in the illustration.

      *a Push in

      Hold the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A and cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B with each hand and push in SST with both thumbs.

      Note:

      Do not apply excessive force to the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A or cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B as they may bend.

      *b Pull off

      Raise the stopper of SST and remove SST and the piping clamp together from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

    4. Remove the piping clamp from SST.

    5. Remove the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B.

    6. Remove the 2 O-rings from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe B.

      Note:

      Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
