PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP

      Install the 2 seat adjuster cover caps.

  2. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT SEAT WIRE


    1. Connect each connector and engage each clamp to install the front seat wire.

  3. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 6 hooks to install the front seat cushion spring sub-assembly to the front seat adjuster assembly.

      w/ Climate Control Seat System:


      1. Engage the clamp.

    INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION EDGE PROTECTOR LH


    1. Engage the 3 claws to install the front seat cushion edge protector LH.

      Install the screw.

    INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION EDGE PROTECTOR RH

    Tip:

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

    INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH

      Engage the clip (B) to install the front seat lower cushion shield LH.

    2. Engage the hook as shown in the illustration.

    3. Engage the clip (A).

    INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH

      Engage the clip to install the front seat lower cushion shield RH.

    2. Engage the hook as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the screw.

    INSTALL SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER ASSEMBLY (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

      Engage the 2 hooks to install the seat cushion climate control blower assembly.

      Install the seat cushion climate control bracket to the seat cushion climate control blower assembly with the 2 screws.

    INSTALL SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE CONTROL DUCT (w/ Climate Control Seat System)

      Engage the 2 claws to install the seat cushion climate control duct to the seat cushion climate control blower assembly.

    INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD WITH COVER


    1. Temporarily install the front seat cushion pad with cover.

      Note:

      Be careful not to damage the front seat cushion pad with cover.

      Engage the 9 hooks to install the front seat cushion pad with cover.

      Engage the hook.

      2. Engage the 3 clamps.

    1. Connect each connector and engage each clamp to install the No. 2 front seat wire.

      Connect the reclining adjuster equalizing cable assembly to install it.

      Engage the clamp (A) and install the clamp (B).

    INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HOOK (for Driver Side)


    1. Install the 2 front seatback hooks to the lumbar support adjuster assembly.

    INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HOOK (for Front Passenger Side)


    1. Install the 2 front seatback hooks to the front seatback spring sub-assembly.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the front seatback spring sub-assembly to the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

    1. Temporarily install the front seatback pad with cover.

      Note:

      Be careful not to damage the front seatback pad with cover.

      Engage the 2 brackets and install the front seatback pad with cover with the 2 nuts.

      Note:

      • For vehicles with a front seat airbag assembly, the front seatback pad with cover must be securely installed. Otherwise, the front seat airbag assembly may not deploy properly.

      • Make sure that the strap is not twisted after installing the nut.

      • Install the brackets securely.

    3. w/ Climate Control Seat System:

        Engage the 2 claws to install the seatback climate control blower to the front seatback pad with cover.

      Close the 2 fasteners.

      Insert the 2 tabs.

      Insert the 2 fasteners.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.

      Note:

      • Be careful not to damage the front seatback pad with cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the front seatback pad with cover.

        Engage the clamp.

      2. Connect the connector.

      Engage the fastener to secure the front seat airbag assembly wire harness.
