  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01OFWX

      Engage the 6 guides and claw as shown in the illustration to install the No. 1 interior illumination light assembly to the front door trim board sub-assembly.

    2. A01OG56

      Engage the 6 guides as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the 17 screws.

    4. Engage the 2 clamps.

      B00667M Double-sided Tape

      Install the pad with the double-sided tape as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR NO. 1 STIFFENER CUSHION

  4. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL DOOR TRIM COVER

  6. INSTALL MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side)

  7. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side)

  8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG

  9. INITIALIZE POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM

  10. INSPECT POWER WINDOW OPERATION
