DESCRIPTION

The blind spot monitor sensor receives vehicle speed signals from the skid control ECU via CAN communication.

Note:

When checking for DTCs, make sure that the blind spot monitor main switch (warning canceling switch assembly) is on.

    CHECK OTHER DTC OUTPUT (VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM)


    1. Check for vehicle stability control system DTCs.

      OK
      Vehicle stability control system DTCs are not output.

  2. Click here

    CHECK DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Click here


      1. Body Electrical > Blind Spot Monitor Master > Clear DTCs



      1. Body Electrical > Blind Spot Monitor Slave > Clear DTCs


    2. Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.
