DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when a malfunction occurs in the quarter window assembly RH which is connected to the radio receiver assembly.

  • When replacing the radio receiver assembly, always replace it with a new one. If a radio receiver assembly which was installed to another vehicle is used, the following may occur:


    • A communication malfunction DTC may be stored.

    • The radio receiver assembly may not operate normally.

PROCEDURE


  1. REPLACE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Replace the antenna cord sub-assembly with a new or known good one.

    2. Clear the DTCs.


      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Clear DTCs

    3. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.


      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes
      OK
      No DTCs are output.
      Result
      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    OK

    END

    NG

  2. REPLACE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Replace the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly with a new or known good one.

    2. Clear the DTCs.


      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Clear DTCs

    3. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.


      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes
      OK
      No DTCs are output.

  3. REPLACE QUARTER WINDOW ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Replace the quarter window assembly RH with a new or known good one.

    2. Clear the DTCs.

    3. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.
