PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    INSTALL POWER STEERING LINK ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the power steering link assembly and 2 front suspension member brace plates with the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and 2 washers.

      117.6 N*m 1199 kgf*cm 87 ft.*lbf
      Tip:

      Install the power steering link assembly and 2 front suspension member brace plates together with the front lower suspension arm assembly LH and front lower suspension arm assembly RH.

    INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the front lower suspension arm assembly LH and front suspension member mount bracket sub-assembly with the bolt (A) and nut.

      86 N*m 877 kgf*cm 63 ft.*lbf
    2. B0065L4E01

      Temporarily tighten the bolt (B), nut and washer.

      Note:

      • Insert the bolt (B) from the front of the vehicle.

      • Do not tighten the bolt (B) to the specified torque. The bolt (B) will be fully tightened after the suspension is stabilized.

  3. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR


    1. Install the front stabilizer bar with the 2 nuts.

      84 N*m 857 kgf*cm 62 ft.*lbf
      Note:

      The identification mark must be on the right side of the vehicle when installing the front stabilizer bar.

      Tip:

      If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a 6 mm hexagon wrench to hold the stud bolt.

    INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the engine under cover sub-assembly LH

    INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. Click here

    INSTALL FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR

    INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER SUB-ASSEMBLY
