FRONT STRUT BAR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT UPPER SUSPENSION TO COWL BRACE LH


    1. A01FOEH

      Remove the bolt, 3 nuts and front upper suspension to cowl brace LH from the front upper suspension to cowl brace sub-assembly LH and front upper suspension brace bracket.

  2. REMOVE FRONT UPPER SUSPENSION TO COWL BRACE RH

    Tech Tips

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE FRONT UPPER SUSPENSION TO COWL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 3 nuts and front upper suspension to cowl brace sub-assembly LH from the front shock absorber with coil spring (upper side).

  4. REMOVE FRONT UPPER SUSPENSION TO COWL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT UPPER SUSPENSION BRACE BRACKET (for LHD)

      Remove the 2 nuts and front upper suspension brace bracket from the body.

  6. REMOVE FRONT UPPER SUSPENSION BRACE BRACKET (for RHD)

    1. Separate the hose clamp from the front upper suspension brace bracket.

    2. Remove the 2 nuts and front upper suspension brace bracket from the body.
