DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the torque vectoring differential ECU assembly detects an abnormal voltage in its ECU internal power source for more than a certain period of time.

Diagnosis Condition (1):


  • Engine switch on (IG)

Diagnosis Condition (2):


  • IG power source voltage is 10 V or more or PIG power source voltage is 10 V or more.

Abnormal condition (1):


  • PIG power source voltage is below 16 V and IG power source voltage is 18.5 V or more.

Abnormal condition (2):


  • ECU internal power source malfunction

Malfunction Time (1):


  • 3 seconds or more

Malfunction Time (2):


  • 2 seconds or more

Trip logic:


  • 1 trip detection logic

 Torque vectoring differential ECU assembly

  • Master Warning Light: Comes on*

  • Multi-information Display Error Message: Comes on*

Tech Tips

If the torque vectoring differential ECU assembly has been replaced, perform "All Learning".

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (TVD)


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Enter the following menus: Chassis / TVD / Trouble Codes.

    4. Check for DTCs.


      Chassis > TVD > Trouble Codes
      Result
      Result Proceed to
      DTC C2A01 only is output. A
      DTCs other than DTC C2A01 are output. B
      DTCs are not output. C

      1. Turn the engine switch off.
