    B0066G2

    1. Remove the drain plug and gasket from the automatic transmission assembly and drain the ATF.

    2. Install a new gasket and the drain plug to automatic transmission assembly.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }
  4. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. B006899C01
      *a Nut

      Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts and No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket sub-assembly from the exhaust manifold sub-assembly LH (TWC: Front Catalyst), exhaust manifold sub-assembly RH (TWC: Front Catalyst) and automatic transmission assembly.

      Tech Tips

      When removing the exhaust pipe bolts, hold the nuts while loosening the bolts.

  5. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. B0066SF

      Remove the 9 bolts, automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly and automatic transmission oil pan gasket from the automatic transmission case sub-assembly.

      Note

      Some fluid will remain in the automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly. Remove all of the bolts, and carefully remove the automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly.

    2. B0066KBC03
