PROCEDURE


  1. Click here

    INSTALL NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. Install the No. 2 cooling fan motor with the 3 screws.

      3.9 N*m 40 kgf*cm 35 in.*lbf
  2. Click here

    INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR


    1. Install the cooling fan motor with the 3 screws.

      3.9 N*m 40 kgf*cm 35 in.*lbf
  3. Click here

    INSTALL NO. 2 FAN

    Note:

    Do not reverse the position of the fan and No. 2 fan when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.


    1. Install the No. 2 fan with the nut.

      6.3 N*m 64 kgf*cm 56 in.*lbf
  4. Click here

    INSTALL FAN

    Note:

    Do not reverse the position of the fan and No. 2 fan when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.


    1. Install the fan with the nut.

      6.3 N*m 64 kgf*cm 56 in.*lbf
  5. Click here

    INSTALL COOLING FAN ECU


    1. Install the 2 cooling fan ECUs with the 4 screws.

      2.6 N*m 27 kgf*cm 23 in.*lbf

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    3. Connect the cooling fan motor connector and No. 2 cooling fan motor connector.

  6. Click here

    INSTALL COOLING FAN WIRE


    1. Engage the 3 clamps to install the cooling fan wire.

    2. Connect the cooling fan wire connector.

  7. Click here
