  1. Click here

    REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  2. Click here

    REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

    Click here

  3. Click here

    REMOVE CENTER NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  4. Click here

    DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  5. Click here

    DISCONNECT VENTILATION HOSE

      *1 No. 2 Ventilation Hose
      *2 No. 3 Ventilation Hose

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 2 ventilation hose and No. 3 ventilation hose from the air cleaner hose assembly.

    REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

      Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.

    2. Disengage the wire harness clamp.

      Disengage the 2 air cleaner cap clamps.

    4. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the air cleaner cap with air cleaner hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.

    REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.

      *1 No. 4 Water By-pass Hose
      *2 No. 5 Water By-pass Hose

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose from the front water by-pass joint.

    3. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the water inlet housing.

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts from the throttle body with motor assembly.

      Using an E6 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 stud bolts, throttle body with motor assembly and throttle body gasket from the intake air surge tank assembly.

      Note:

      If the throttle body with motor assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it.

      Slide the 2 clips and remove the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose from the throttle body with motor assembly.
