  1. INSPECT LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      Component without harness connected

      (License Plate Light Assembly)

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the license plate light assembly LH and check that the light comes on.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition

      R4-1 (B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)

      R4-2 (E) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)

      		 License plate light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the license plate light assembly.

  2. INSPECT LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

      Component without harness connected

      (License Plate Light Assembly)

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the license plate light assembly RH and check that the light comes on.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition

      R3-1 (B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)

      R3-2 (E) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)

      		 License plate light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the license plate light assembly.
