REAR WIPER MOTOR INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Wiper Motor Assembly)

      Check the wiper intermittent operation.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition R1-4 (+B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+) R1-2 (C1) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) R1-5 (E) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) Motor operates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear wiper motor assembly.

   2. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Rear Wiper Motor Assembly)

      Check the wiper continuous operation.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition R1-4 (+B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+) R1-3 (LS) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) R1-5 (E) - Auxiliary battery negative (-) Motor operates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear wiper motor assembly.
