  • Lumbar support adjuster assembly is available only on the driver side.

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The following procedure is for LHD vehicles.

  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD LH

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 front seatback edge protectors from the front seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

      B004PI4 Remove in this direction

      Remove the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH from the front seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.
