REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER (for RH Side)

      Disengage the claw and remove the center armrest hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

      Remove the bolt and washer.

    2. A01RHHL

      Disengage the guide as shown in the illustration.

      Disengage the pin to remove the rear seat center armrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the bush as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 2 claws, 2 guides and separate the rear seat shoulder belt cover with seat belt anchor cover cap.

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the seat belt anchor cover cap as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER (for RH Side)

      Remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for RH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback lock control bezel.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Disengage the hook.

      *a Fastener

      Open the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01RIFY

      Disengage the 9 claws.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly RH.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

      Disengage the hook.

      for Center:


      1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

      for RH Side:


      1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

    4. for RH Side:

        1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

        for Type B:


        1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

      Pass the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the separate type rear seatback cover with pad and remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)


    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 8 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad RH as shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly RH.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback lock control bezel.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

      Disengage the hook.

      *a Fastener

      Open the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01RJO5

      Disengage the 5 claws.

    4. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)

      1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)


    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 8 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad LH as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback lock assembly LH.

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT COVER (w/ Cover)

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the No. 1 child restraint seat cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all No. 1 child restraint seat covers.

  17. REMOVE NO. 2 CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT COVER (w/ Cover)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the No. 2 child restraint seat cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all No. 2 child restraint seat covers.

  18. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT GUIDE CUP (w/ Cover)

  19. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Disengage the hook and 2 fasteners.

    2. Disengage the 19 hooks.

    3. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 18 claws to remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad as shown in the illustration.
