INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR(w/o EC Mirror) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/o Toyota Safety Sense)

   
   

   1. 

      Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the inner mirror base cover.

   2. 

      *a	Lock Lever
      	Pull in this Direction (1)
      	Remove in this Direction (2)

      Pull the lock lever in the directon indicated by the arrow (1) in the illustration, and slide the inner rear view mirror assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) to remove it.

2. REMOVE NO. 2 FORWARD RECOGNITION COVER (w/ Toyota Safety Sense)

3. REMOVE NO. 1 FORWARD RECOGNITION COVER (w/ Toyota Safety Sense)

   Click here

4. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY (w/ Toyota Safety Sense)

   
   

   1. 

      Remove in this Direction

      Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw.

   2. Slide the inner rear view mirror assembly as shown in the illustration to remove it.
