DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the combination meter assembly (meter circuit plate) detects a fuel sender gauge assembly malfunction via a direct line.

When IG voltage is 9.5 V or more and the following condition is detected:


  • Voltage signal from fuel sender gauge assembly is 0.2 V or less 3 times consecutively

  • Voltage signal from fuel sender gauge assembly is 4.7 V or more 3 times consecutively


  • Harness or connector

  • Fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly

  • Fuel sender gauge assembly

  • Combination meter assembly (Meter circuit plate)

  1. CONFIRM MODEL


    1. Choose the model to be inspected.

  2. READ VALUE USING GTS (FUEL INPUT)


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data List.

    5. Read the Data List according to the display on the GTS.

    1. Disconnect the F6 combination meter assembly (meter circuit plate) connector.

    2. Disconnect the M10 fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
