GRILLE SHUTTER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE MOTOR COVER

      B004PI4 Remove in this Direction

      Disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration to remove the motor cover.

  2. REMOVE SWING GRILLE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

      B004PI4 Remove in this Direction

      for Type A:


      1. Remove the swing grille actuator assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. for Type B:

        B004PI4 Remove in this Direction

        Disconnect the connector and remove the swing grille actuator assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE NO. 5 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01RIX5

      Remove the No. 5 radiator grille seal.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01RJZM

      Remove the radiator grille seal.

  5. REMOVE NO. 3 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01RKJK

      Remove the No. 3 radiator grille seal.

  6. REMOVE NO. 4 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

      Remove the No. 4 radiator grille seal.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01RLLO

      Remove the No. 2 radiator grille seal.

  8. REMOVE NO. 6 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

      Remove the No. 6 radiator grille seal.
