FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      B004PI4 Install in this Direction

      Engage the claw as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01RKEZC01
      B004PI4 Install in this Direction

      Engage the clip as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01VBCR

      Install the front bumper side support LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH


    1. A01VCV0

      Install the front bumper extension LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A01VDC8

      Install the No. 2 front bumper reinforcement with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Type A)


    1. A01VCB7

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. A01VC6G

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    3. Engage the 10 clamps.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Type B)


    1. A01VCB7

      Engage the 2 guides.

    2. A01VC6G

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    3. Engage the 11 clamps.

  8. INSTALL RADIATOR SHUTTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Type A)

  10. INSTALL LOWER FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER


    1. A01VCBM

      Install the lower front bumper absorber with the 3 clips.

  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER (for Type A)

      Install the front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER (for Type B)

      Install the front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

  13. INSTALL FRONT ENERGY ABSORBER MOUNTING REINFORCEMENT LH (for Type B)

      Install the front energy absorber mounting reinforcement LH as shown in the illustration.

  14. INSTALL FRONT ENERGY ABSORBER MOUNTING REINFORCEMENT RH (for Type B)

  15. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

      Install the radiator grille emblem assembly with 2 new spring nuts.

  16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET


    1. for Extension Mounting Bracket Type A:

        Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

        Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.

    2. for Extension Mounting Bracket Type B:

        Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

        Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.

  17. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH


    1. A01RIDTC01
      *a Hook
      B004PI4 Install in this Direction

      Engage the hook.

    2. Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

  18. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

    Use the same procedure for the LH side.

  19. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

      Engage the 18 claws as shown in the illustration to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  20. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR CLEANER INLET

      Engage the 3 claws.

    2. A01VBMU

      Install the No. 3 air cleaner inlet with the 2 screws.

  21. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Engage the 15 claws as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the radiator grille sub-assembly with the 2 screws and 4 clips.

  22. INSTALL HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL


    1. Remove the release paper from a new hood to front end panel seal.

      Tech Tips

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    2. Engage the 2 clips and attach the double-sided tape to install the hood to front end panel seal.

  23. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER


    1. A01VCUO

      Engage the 2 claws to install the 2 front fender liner retainers.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  24. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH

      Engage the claw.

    2. A01VBUF

      Install the front bumper extension LH with the 2 screws.

  26. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)
