GRILLE SHUTTER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK SWING GRILLE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. w/ Canister Pump Module

      A01RJ1ZN02

      1. Disconnect the A36 swing grille actuator assembly connector.

      2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Tech Tips

        Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

        Tester Connection Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
        A36-4 (+B) - Body ground SB - Body ground Auxiliary battery power supply Power switch off 11 to 14 V
        A36-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    2. w/o Canister Pump Module

      A01RIZQN02

      1. Disconnect the A37 swing grille actuator assembly connector.

      2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Tech Tips

        Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.

        Tester Connection Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
        A37-1 (+B) - Body ground SB - Body ground Auxiliary battery power supply Power switch off 11 to 14 V
        A37-3 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
