DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the sound data signal or image data signal from a USB device to the navigation ECU via this circuit.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION ECU - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the A navigation ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the F39 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F39-2 (UDO-) - A-2 (US1-) Always Below 1 Ω
      F39-3 (UDO+) - A-3 (US1+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F39 -10 (UJSS) - A-5 (USG1) Always Below 1 Ω
      F39-2 (UDO-) or A-2 (US1-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F39-3 (UDO+) or A-3 (US1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F39 -10 (UJSS) or A-5 (USG1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
