RADIO RECEIVER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (for LHD)

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. A01VC82

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. A01VC6XC01
      B004PI4 Remove in this Direction

      Pull the radio receiver assembly with bracket toward the rear of the vehicle to disengage the 2 guides.

    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the radio receiver assembly with bracket.

  4. DISCONNECT NAVIGATION ECU WITH WIRE (w/ Navigation System)


    1. A01VCJ7

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01VCYM

      Disconnect the 2 connectors to disconnect the navigation ECU with wire.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. A01VBF5

        Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. A01VBSL

        Remove the 5 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. w/o Navigation System:


      1. A01VC8C

        Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 radio bracket.

    2. w/ Navigation System:


      1. A01VCLE

        Remove the 5 screws and No. 2 radio bracket.

  7. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU WITH WIRE (w/ Navigation System)
