  2. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HYBRID CONTROL)


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (READY).

    3. With the brake pedal depressed, slowly move the shift lever as follows to select each shift position: N → R → N → D → B.

      Tech Tips

      Wait with each state selected for 5 seconds or more.

    4. Push the P position switch (transmission shift main switch) to select park (P).

    5. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.


      Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Trouble Codes

    6. Check for DTCs.

      Result

      DTCs are output. B

    7. Turn the power switch off.

  3. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU CONNECTOR)


    1. Check the connector connections and contact pressure of the relevant terminals for the hybrid vehicle control ECU connectors.

  4. CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (SHIFT LOCK CONTROL UNIT ASSEMBLY)


    1. Check the connector connections and contact pressure of the relevant terminals for the shift lock control unit assembly connector.
