RADIATOR GRILLE(except Sport Package) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  2. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System)

  3. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET


    1. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

      Detach the 3 claws, guide and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING

      Detach the 7 claws, 2 guides and remove the lower radiator grille moulding.

  8. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Detach the 22 claws and remove the radiator grille moulding from the radiator grille.

  9. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

  10. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 claws, guide and remove the radiator grille emblem.

  11. REMOVE NUT

      Remove the 2 nuts.
