REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. B002HDPC01
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Light assembly LH)

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Condition Specified Condition

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Y11-2 (B)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Y11-4 (E)

      		 Taillight illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear light assembly LH.

    2. B002HDPC04
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Light assembly LH)

      w/ Rear Fog Light:

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Condition Specified Condition

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Y11-3 (B)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Y11-4 (E)

      		 Rear fog light illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear light assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Light assembly RH)

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Condition Specified Condition

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Y10-2 (B)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Y10-4 (E)

      		 Taillight illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear light assembly RH.

    2. B002HDPC05
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Light assembly RH)

      w/ Rear Fog Light:

      Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the connector and check the light illumination condition.

      OK
      Condition Specified Condition

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Y10-3 (B)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Y10-4 (E)

      		 Rear fog light illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear light assembly RH.
