Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BACK-UP LIGHT BULB

      *1 Matchmark
      *2 Unlock Position Mark
      B002HVY Counterclockwise

      Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise until the matchmark is aligned with the unlock position mark to disconnect the bulb socket.

    2. B002IFW

      Remove the back-up light bulb from the bulb socket.

  2. REMOVE REAR LIGHT GASKET LH

      Remove the rear light gasket LH.

      Note

      The rear light gasket LH cannot be reused.

  3. REMOVE REAR LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE LH

      w/o Rear Fog Light:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and remove the rear light socket and wire LH.

      w/ Rear Fog Light:


      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      2. Detach the 2 wire harness clamps and remove the rear light socket and wire LH.
