DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (w/ Spare Tire)

  5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/ Spare Tire)

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.


    1. w/o Spare Tire:

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the battery service cover.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY


  8. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/o Spare Tire)

  11. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH (w/ Spare Tire)

  12. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH (w/o Spare Tire)

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 TOOL BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Spare Tire)

  23. REMOVE LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY

  24. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

  25. REMOVE UPPER DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH

  26. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

  27. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

  28. REMOVE SMART DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the bolt.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the smart door control receiver assembly.

      Disconnect the connector.
