ASC ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (w/ Spare Tire)

  4. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH (w/ Spare Tire)

  5. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

  6. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  7. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  8. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT EQUALIZER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. A000289

      Remove the 2 bolts and detach the 2 guides.

    2. Disconnect all the connectors and remove the stereo component equalizer assembly with bracket.

  9. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT EQUALIZER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts and stereo component equalizer assembly.
