  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Component without harness connected

      (Integration Control and Panel Assembly)

      for LHD:

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      5 (S) - 1 (GND) EV mode switch pushed and held Below 10 Ω
      5 (S) - 1 (GND) EV mode switch not pushed 1 MΩ or higher
      7 (P) - 1 (GND) SPORT or SPORT S/S+ mode switch turned and held at SPORT or SPORT S/S+ position Below 10 Ω
      7 (P) - 1 (GND) SPORT or SPORT S/S+ mode switch not turned 1 MΩ or higher
      8 (B) - 1 (GND) NORMAL mode switch pushed and held Below 10 Ω
      8 (B) - 1 (GND) NORMAL mode switch not pushed 1 MΩ or higher
      9 (ECU) - 1 (GND) ECO mode switch turned and held at ECO position Below 10 Ω
      9 (ECU) - 1 (GND) ECO mode switch not turned 1 MΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

      for RHD:

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      4 (S) - 1 (GND) EV mode switch pushed and held Below 10 Ω
      4 (S) - 1 (GND) EV mode switch not pushed 1 MΩ or higher
      7 (P) - 1 (GND) SPORT or SPORT S/S+ mode switch turned and held at SPORT or SPORT S/S+ position Below 10 Ω
      7 (P) - 1 (GND) SPORT or SPORT S/S+ mode switch not turned 1 MΩ or higher
      8 (B) - 1 (GND) NORMAL mode switch pushed and held Below 10 Ω
      8 (B) - 1 (GND) NORMAL mode switch not pushed 1 MΩ or higher
      9 (ECU) - 1 (GND) ECO mode switch turned and held at ECO position Below 10 Ω
      9 (ECU) - 1 (GND) ECO mode switch not turned 1 MΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

      Apply battery voltage between the terminals of the switch, and check the illumination condition of the integration control and panel assembly.

      Standard
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition
      Battery positive (+) → 10 (ILL+) Battery negative (-) → 6 (ILL-) Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.
