DESCRIPTION
The lane departure warning camera receives vehicle speed signals from the brake booster with master cylinder assembly. When the brake booster with master cylinder assembly detects a malfunction in the vehicle wheel speed sensor, the lane departure warning camera is notified via CAN communication and DTC C1AA3 is stored.

Note
When the lane departure warning camera is replaced with a new one or it is removed, adjustment of the lane departure warning camera axis must be performed.
The lane departure alert system uses the CAN communication system. Inspect the communication function by following How to Proceed with Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot the lane departure alert system after confirming that the communication systems are functioning properly.

PROCEDURE
CHECK FOR DTCs (ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM)
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRC / Trouble Codes.
Check for DTCs.

CHECK FOR DTCs
Clear the DTCs.
Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.
