DESCRIPTION
For vehicles with full-speed following function:
When the driving support ECU assembly receives parking brake operation signals from the electric parking brake ECU via the CAN communication line, the vehicle following function is canceled.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
Note
When replacing the driving support ECU assembly, make sure to replace it with a new one. If a device which wasinstalled to another vehicle is used, the information stored in the driving support ECU assembly will not match the information from the vehicle, and as a result, a DTC may be stored.
PROCEDURE
CHECK FOR DTC (ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE SYSTEM)
Connect the GTS to the DLC3.
Turn the power switch on (IG).
Turn the GTS on.
Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRC / Trouble Codes.
Check for DTCs.

CHECK FOR DTC
Clear the DTCs.
Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.
