HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM UTILITY


  1. HIGH VOLTAGE FUSE ACCUMULATED LOAD HISTORY RESET

    Tech Tips


    • If the service plug grip has been replaced, make sure to perform "High Voltage Fuse Accumulated Load History Reset" and then clear the DTCs.

    • When "High Voltage Fuse Accumulated Load History Reset" is performed, the high voltage fuse accumulated load history stored in the hybrid vehicle control ECU will be initialized.

    • If "High Voltage Fuse Accumulated Load History Reset" is not performed after replacing the service plug grip when troubleshooting DTC P0A95-400, the same DTC will be output again.


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

    3. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / HV Battery / Utility / High Voltage Fuse Accumulated Load History Reset.

    4. According to the display on the GTS, perform High Voltage Fuse Accumulated Load History Reset and check that "High Voltage Fuse Accumulated Load History Reset is complete." is displayed.

      Tech Tips

      If "High Voltage Fuse Accumulated Load History Reset has failed. Do you wan to try again?" is displayed on the GTS, perform the procedure again.

    5. Turn the power switch off.
