CHECK FOR DTC
Check for DTCs.
Note
Confirm that P0AA6 (Hybrid Battery Voltage System Isolation Fault) is not output before removing or installing an HV battery module. If this DTC is output, perform troubleshooting for this DTC first.
REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 3 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX LH

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER
REMOVE HYBRID BATTERY SERVICE PLUG COVER
REMOVE SERVICE PLUG GRIP
DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS
DISCONNECT INVERTER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 1 INVERTER RESERVE TANK BRACKET (for 2WD)
REMOVE CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY
CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE
INSTALL CONNECTOR COVER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX (w/ Spare Tire)
REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH

REMOVE NO. 1 TOOL BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

REMOVE NO. 2 TOOL BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY

DISCONNECT NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
CAUTION:
Wear insulated gloves.
Remove the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 2 hybrid battery intake duct.
DISCONNECT NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
CAUTION:
Wear insulated gloves.
Remove the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct.
REMOVE NO. 4 HYBRID BATTERY EXHAUST DUCT
Remove the No. 4 hybrid battery exhaust duct from the No. 2 hybrid battery exhaust duct.
REMOVE NO. 3 HYBRID BATTERY EXHAUST DUCT
Remove the No. 3 hybrid battery exhaust duct from the No. 1 hybrid battery exhaust duct.
REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY LH
CAUTION:
Wear insulated gloves and use insulated tools.
Disconnect the connector and wire harness clamp from the battery cooling blower assembly LH.
Remove the 3 nuts and battery cooling blower assembly LH.
REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY RH
CAUTION:
Wear insulated gloves and use insulated tools.
Disconnect the connector and wire harness clamp from the battery cooling blower assembly RH.
Remove the 3 nuts and battery cooling blower assembly RH.
