PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG

  4. REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH REAR DOOR UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL

      B004057 Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the rear door belt moulding assembly.

    2. A00271XC01
      *a Protective Tape

      Disengage the 2 claws (A).

    3. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 5 claws (B) and remove the rear door belt moulding assembly.
