RADIATOR GRILLE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

   2. 

      Install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem with 2 new spring nuts.

2. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Toyota Safety Sense)

3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 8 claws as shown in the illustration.

   2. Install the radiator grille assembly with the 6 clips.

4. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

   
   

   1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 7 clips.

5. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE SEAL RH

   
   

   1. Install the radiator side seal RH with the 2 clips.

6. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR SEAL LH

   
   

   1. Install the radiator side deflector seal LH with the 2 clips.
