REAR SPOILER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Raise and lower the glass hatch and the back door respectively. Pass the wire harness into the vehicle and temporarily install the rear spoiler sub-assembly.

    2. Engage the 2 claws.

    3. Install the 6 bolts.

    4. Connect the wire harness.


      1. Connect the connector (for Glass Hatch Type).

        *a Marking

        Engage the grommet as shown in the illustration (for Glass Hatch Type).

        Tech Tips

        Install the grommet with its alignment mark facing down.

      3. Connect the rear washer hose.

      4. Connect the connector.

      5. Install the wire harness grommet to the wire harness.

        Engage the 4 claws to install the wire harness.

  2. INSTALL REAR SIDE SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the 3 claws.

    2. Install the rear side spoiler sub-assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

  3. INSTALL REAR SIDE SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  4. INSTALL BACK DOOR GLASS GUIDE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Glass Type)

  5. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Glass Type)

  6. INSPECT REAR WASHER NOZZLE

  7. ADJUST REAR WASHER NOZZLE
