WASHER MOTOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

  3. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH


    1. A018LSE

      Remove the 3 screws and front wheel opening extension pad RH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH

      *a Clip (A)
      *b Clip (B)
      *c Clip (C)

      Remove the clip (A).

    2. Remove the 4 clips (B).

    3. w/o Mudguard:


      1. Remove the clip (C).

    4. A018H3O

      Remove the 2 grommets.

    5. A018ID5C01
      *a Screw (A)
      *b Screw (B)
      *c Bolt

      Remove the bolt.

    6. Remove the 2 screws (A).

    7. Remove the 5 screws (B) and front fender liner RH.

  5. DRAIN WASHER FLUID


    1. A018KYF

      Disconnect the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

      Tech Tips

      Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

  6. REMOVE WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.
