  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Heater)


    1. Connect a new washer nozzle sub-assembly to the washer hose.

      Engage the 2 claws as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Heater)


    1. Tie the string that was passed through the hood sub-assembly to the wire harness of the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

      Pass the washer nozzle sub-assembly through the hood sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the string from the wire harness of the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

      Engage the 2 claws as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the washer nozzle sub-assembly.

      B003Z8F Washer Hose

      Connect the connector.

    6. Connect the washer hose.

  3. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
