HOOD DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

      Using a clip remover, remove the 3 hood to radiator support seal clips and hood to radiator support seal.

  2. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

      Using a clip remover, remove the 8 hood to radiator support seal clips and hood to radiator support seal.

  3. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR


    1. A0028MI

      Using a clip remover, remove the 7 hood insulator clips.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the hood insulator.

  4. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Heater)

  5. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Heater)

    Click here

  6. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (w/o Heater)


    1. A0029WL

      Disengage the 6 clamps and disconnect the washer hose assembly.

  7. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY (w/ Heater)


    1. A00298F

      Disengage the 5 clamps and clip to disconnect the washer hose assembly.

  8. REMOVE HOOD CUSHION

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 hood cushions.
