PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN


    1. A018I0Q

      Install the 2 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 2 screws <D>.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A018H3L

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE


    1. A018JBF

      Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. Install a new instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Install the ends of the instrument panel cushion so that they are within the standard dimension (A) shown in the illustration.

      A 0 to 10 mm (0 to 0.394 in.)

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

      Engage the 4 guides, 4 claws and 2 clips to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.

  6. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

      Engage the 12 clamps to install the No. 4 instrument panel wire.

  7. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

  8. INSTALL CENTER HEATER TO REGISTER SUB DUCT

      Install the center heater to register sub duct with the 2 screws <D>.

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

  12. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

      Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <D>.

  13. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A018H79

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <D>.

  14. INSTALL NO. 4 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT


    1. A018JZJ

      Install the No. 4 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <D>.

  15. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT


    1. A018KKS

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw <D>.

  16. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

      Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <D>.
