REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the rear cooling unit cover LH with the 12 screws.

    3. Engage each clamp to install the No. 2 air conditioning harness assembly.

    4. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL REAR AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the heater radiator unit sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 2 bushes.

    3. Install the clamp with the screw.

      *b View B
      *c Marking (Blue)
      *d Marking (Pink)
      *e Clip Installation Angle (60 to 120°)

      Connect the heater water pipe and hose sub-assembly and engage the 2 clips within the area shown in the illustration.

    5. A002AO7

      Install the heater water pipe and hose sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

    6. Install the bracket with the 3 screws.

    7. Install the cover with the 8 screws.

    8. Engage the 2 claws.

    9. Install the cover with the 4 screws.

    10. Install a new packing.

    11. Install a new packing.

  4. CONNECT DRAIN COOLER HOSE


    1. Engage the clamp to connect the drain cooler hose.

  5. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY
