REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. DISCONNECT DRAIN COOLER HOSE

      Disengage the clamp and disconnect the drain cooler hose.

  3. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the packing.

    2. A01QVNG

      Remove the packing.

    3. A01QWRJ

      Remove the 4 screws.

    4. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the cover.

    5. A01QVL5

      Remove the 8 screws and cover.

    6. A01QUS8

      Remove the 3 screws and bracket.

    7. A01QW53

      Remove the 2 screws.

    8. Using pliers, grip the claws of the 2 clips and slide the clips to disconnect the heater water pipe and hose sub-assembly.

      Remove the screw and clamp.

    10. A01QWMQ

      Remove the 2 bushes.

    11. A01QVID

      Remove the heater radiator unit sub-assembly.

      Note

      Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.

  4. REMOVE REAR AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage each clamp and disconnect the No. 2 air conditioning harness assembly.

    3. A01QUQE

      Remove the 12 screws and rear cooling unit cover LH.

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 air conditioning harness assembly.
