BLOWER UNIT DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A018JJ4

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the No. 1 air duct sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLING UNIT PACKING


    1. A018GVC

      Remove the No. 1 cooling unit packing.

  3. REMOVE AIR FILTER COVER PLATE


    1. A018M0L

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the air filter cover plate.

  4. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT


    1. A018GY0

      Remove the air refiner element.

  5. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A018JC1

      Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A018IQ4

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the upper blower case.

    3. A018KEV

      Remove the 3 screws and blower damper servo sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE


    1. A018M3I

      Remove the drain cooler hose.
