BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

   Click here

4. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY WITH COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 6 screws.

   2. 

      Disengage the guide and disconnect the wire harness.

   3. Disengage the 5 claws to remove the blower assembly with cooler evaporator sub-assembly from the air conditioning radiator assembly.

5. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
