AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM(for Manual Air Conditioning System) IG Power Source Circuit

DESCRIPTION

Power source voltage is supplied to the air conditioning amplifier assembly when the Ignition switch is ON. This power is used for operating the air conditioning amplifier assembly, servo motors, etc.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - IG POWER SOURCE)


    1. Disconnect the F80 and F81 air conditioning amplifier assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F80-1 (IG+) - Body ground Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      F80-1 (IG+) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)


    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F80-14 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      F81-24 (GND2) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
