INTEGRATION RELAY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SEMICONDUCTOR PWR INTEGRATION ECU


    1. Connect the 5 connectors.

    2. A0028UL

      Engage the 2 claws to install the semiconductor pwr integration ECU as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RELAY BLOCK COVER


    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 1 relay block cover.

    2. A002A57E01

      Engage the 2 claws (B).

    3. Engage the claw (A) to install the No. 1 relay block cover as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL RESERVOIR BRACKET (for LHD)


    1. Install the reservoir bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

  4. CONNECT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A0029B0

      Engage the 2 guides to connect the brake master cylinder reservoir assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
