RADIO ANTENNA CORD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 4 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for LHD)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT (for RHD)

    Click here

  4. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. for LHD:


      1. Disengage the 4 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

    2. for RHD:


      1. Disengage the 4 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Normal Roof)


    1. Disconnect the connector.

      B004057 Adhesive Tape B003Z8F Front

    2. Disengage each clamp.

    3. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    4. Remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sliding Roof)


    1. Disconnect each connector.

      *A w/ DAB Function - -
      B004057 Adhesive Tape B003Z8F Front

    2. Disengage each clamp.

    3. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

    4. Remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly.
