PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - TELEVISION DISPLAY ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the S8 television display assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the F118 navigation receiver assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      S8-7 (L1+) - F118-4 (CDL+) Always Below 1 Ω
      S8-8 (L1-) - F118-5 (CDL-) Always Below 1 Ω
      S8-9 (R1+) - F118-2 (CDR+) Always Below 1 Ω
      S8-10 (R1-) - F118-3 (CDR-) Always Below 1 Ω
      S8-11 (SLD1) - F118-1 (CSLD) Always Below 1 Ω
      S8-7 (L1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S8-8 (L1-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S8-9 (R1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S8-10 (R1-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      S8-11 (SLD1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
