VACUUM WARNING SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CHECK VALVE GROMMET


    1. Install a new check valve grommet to the brake booster assembly.

  2. INSTALL VACUUM WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      *a 90° +/- 20°
      B003Z8F Up

      Install the vacuum warning switch assembly to the brake booster assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the connector to the vacuum warning switch assembly.

  3. INSTALL VACUUM WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A0028RUC01
      *a 30° +/- 20°
      B003Z8F Up

      Install the vacuum warning switch assembly to the brake booster assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the connector to the vacuum warning switch assembly.
